Accessing voicemail from outside the office

Note: the access number and the voicemail option number were emailed to you, if you did not receive this email, please email phones@alarmcenterinc.com to get this infromation. Please be sure to provide your full name, a telephone number we can reach you at and your current telephone/voicemail extension in your message.

1) Dial the access phone number.

2) Press the voicemail option number on your keypad.

3) The Auto-Attendant will ask for the mailbox number. Enter your extension/voicemail box number.

4) Press * as soon as you hear a voice.

5) The Auto-Attendant will then ask for your pass code.

6) The Auto-Attendant will then walk you through checking your messages, or setting up your voicemail box.
